When you use our booking form or contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and details about the work you need done. We do not collect payment information through the website — all billing is handled in person at time of service.
When you visit the booking calendar and select a date, our weather feature uses your approximate location — determined from your device's IP address via a third-party service (ipapi.co) — to show you a local forecast for your appointment date. We do not store this location data. If you prefer not to share your location, you can enter a zip code manually instead.
The information you submit through our forms is used solely to respond to your inquiry, confirm your service appointment, and communicate with you about your job. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside of the service relationship.

Form submissions are retained in our email inbox for as long as necessary to manage your service relationship — typically the duration of the job plus one year for record-keeping. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing support@planetfix.it.
Planet Fix-It does not set cookies. Google Fonts may set a cookie when the typeface is loaded from Google's servers. No tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies are used on this site.
Our services are intended for homeowners and property managers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age.
Planet Fix-It complies with the Massachusetts Data Security Law (201 CMR 17.00). We maintain reasonable security measures to protect the personal information we collect and do not disclose personal information about Massachusetts residents except as described in this policy.
